This is an outstanding company to handle your credit card transactions! You can actually get someone on the phone that can help you set up your account and if there is a problem with a transaction you can talk to a person!!! They also respond well to an email!!! We have been using this company for 3 years after having Intuit Merchant Services which was a nightmare!! I highly recommend to anyone needing a merchant service account!

We could not be happier with the service we get from Durango. They have helped walk us through every aspect of setting up and maintaining merchant services, and are quick to answer all our questions -- even when what we ask is somewhat outside their purview. The fees they charge are a pittance -- they are the only company we deal with whom we feel we underpay.
