Durango Merchant Services, LLCReviews of durangomerchantservices.com

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I called today at approximately 3:51 PM (Chicago time) and asked to speak with Nathan. I had already been waiting three days for a callback, so I was hoping to finally get some answers. The representative who answered the phone, whom I believe was named Andrea, initially refused to provide her name. After I pointed out that this was not appropriate customer service, she eventually gave me her first name but refused to spell it when I asked. During the conversation, I mentioned that I was shopping around and comparing providers to find the best option for my business. Her response was, "Go shop somewhere else." She then hung up on me. After I submitted a complaint regarding the interaction, I received the following response from the company: "After further consideration and discussion with management, we've decided we're not the right fit for your business at this time and will be stepping back from this inquiry. We wish you the best." Rather than addressing the concerns I raised about the customer service experience, the company chose to end the conversation altogether. Whether or not they wanted my business is their decision, but I expected a professional response to a legitimate complaint. I understand that not every company will be a fit for every customer. However, being told to "shop somewhere else," having the call disconnected, and then receiving a dismissal instead of an investigation into the complaint left me with a very negative impression of how this company handles prospective customers and customer service concerns.

Customer support does not even talk till i started talking and asked what i want, at the end of the day they say they do not offer multi currency payment processor, however, that is not what they say on their official website. might be a scam company

Durango really cares about their customers! Nathan has been fabulous so far, he's been very patient in answering all my questions and has gone above and beyond to help me set up a payment processor for my somewhat high risk shop. I'm beyond happy with my decision to use you, thank you!!

Durango assigns an agent to you which allows the establishment of an ongoing relationship for your business needs. It is enormously helpful that the individual you are communicating with for support is familiar your business history and its background.

very professional company and people with a lot of experience and knowledge like Nathan

They decided not to accept my business because they said I don't make enough volume or money. DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. They discriminate against small businesses. I am not happy that I wasted my time with this company.

Durango Merchant Services came to our rescue and saved us thousands. The big banks had lumped our business into a "high risk" category and simply declined to talk to us, and our former processor was charging us a small fortune. We needed a change. Brad presented our business to his industry contacts and ultimately landed us with a global processor at a fair price - ending months of frustration. We highly recommend Durango as a partner for your business.

I've been with Durango for years. They are awesome people to work with because they understand my business and its processing needs. They've always return my calls promptly and offered solutions when I really needed them. I'm glad I chose them. Highly recommended!
