This company is the worst from 2 weeks into our campaign until now they haven’t showed desirable results as they claim. They are also not willing to give a refund which is a huge red flag they should be able to stand behind their work even if it means giving a refund even when they agree that their results haven’t been good during my campaign.. the appointments they have booked for us didn’t even know anything about what we were offering it’s been a nightmare.

Scam. Avoid this company. All their reviews are fake and the service promised is useless. Save your money and don’t get scammed!

My experience with Yesassistant was extremely disappointing and, at times, outright exploitative. I worked the entire month of June and clearly communicated my request to be released by the end of that month. Despite this, my salary was withheld under the excuse of “company policy,” showing zero regard for the time, energy, and mental toll the job took on me. It was a deeply unfair and inhumane way to treat a professional. Although my role was different, I saw firsthand that most employees work as appointment setters—repeating the same script endlessly without engaging in any meaningful communication. You don’t develop real skills or improve your English, and the experience holds little to no value in the outside world. It’s a place of professional stagnation. From the very first month, they begin deducting your salary—not for any legitimate purpose, but as a way to withhold your pay in case you leave. The pay is already low, and the management’s behavior is even worse. There’s no leadership, no growth, and certainly no respect for the people who keep the company running. Most disturbingly, under the guise of promoting a “fun” or “relaxed” company culture, HR makes inappropriate sexual jokes that make female employees deeply uncomfortable. It’s unprofessional, offensive, and speaks volumes about the workplace environment and leadership standards. To all young professionals—stay away. Don’t join this company thinking it will help your career. It won’t. It will waste your time, undermine your self-worth, and leave you with nothing of value in return.
