Dunkin' DonutsReviews of dunkindonuts.com

Now the queues have settled down this is a fantastic little drive through. Coffee is great and their donuts to die for! I just wish they can increase the serving of their coffee and fill up the cup full.

I went to the dunkin' donuts at 11406 spring Hill drive spring Hill Florida. I am from Massachusetts originally.I have been to different dunkin donuts many many times this was the worst experience I ever had. I couldn't believe how slow, since I was the only person inside I had ordered two plain bagels not heated cream cheese on the side. After 15 minutes and I'm not kidding I asked the woman where are my bagels she said well I didn't take your order I said well that woman did so here comes my order they had put my bagels heated with cream cheese which I didn't ask for so I asked for the manager. told him to plain bagels just put the cream cheese on the side. He came back with two plain bagels loaded up with cream cheese in them. How stupid can these people be seriously wow. Now I really never write reviews but I had to say something. Jay Griffin

Que asco el bocadillo de queso, bacon y huevo. El pan sabía dulce, el huevo está pasado como si estuviera hervido en vez frito y el bacon era de pizza. Uno de los bocadillos estaba manchado de glaseado rosa. #salmonela #puaj #12€echadosaperder

I worked at Dunkins growing up and religiously drank Dunkin coffee. However from my generation to current times Dunkin Donuts changed too much with their donuts and bagels. We used to use dough and fry the donuts and bagels at the store. Now they come in boxes frozen. Even after there freshly baked it is awful. Dunkin franchise operators from bengal who don't even keep fresh coffee and using thermostat closed hot coffee machines which create steam coffee staying on shelf for 2 hours when it should only be for 45 minutes.

Lentos. El pedido llegó con contenido distinto del que pedí. Para reclamar te ponen pegas. No compensa.

My experience at the Broadway Astoria location was uncomfortable and gross this manager karsana made the employee talk on top of the box while he was putting the donuts, while the katsaa manager made him talked. I complained about the cleaningness and requested a facemask and a new box with clean donuts. The employee was without mask but it was the managers fault too. This employees at this Broadway location usually work their best but in this particular time the manager whom should have the permit of handling food make the employee talk on top of the food. And she was aware and did nothing about it. The employee was respectful and fix the mistake and gave me a new box with other donuts. This kind of mistake should happen at any food store and it's the managers fault. that in this case was making the employee talk on top of the food while he was serving the order in front of the customer .

i like the overall quality but i will advice them to make the management better because their team are bit lazy for handling hyped situations.
