The young girl had a terrible attitude (store manager!) even caught her rolling her eyes over making 2 lattes, terrible manners, splashed us with milk as she slammed it on the counter without any apologies, Ecclesall Rd Who trains these rude people!

Don't visit this unless you want a donut and a basic hot drink. No other hot food at all. This bears no resemblance to the US where you get breakfasts and all kinds of lovely hot snacks. This is a brand new large drive thru and seems a massive opportunity wasted.

The Route 22 in Patterson, New York horrible service basically through my coffee and my breakfast at me rush me out of the drive-through also stated that I was short $.40 and it was very rude with it. You need to get rid of these young kids that don’t work they’re disgusting. I am never coming back to this place again.

The star of the show was undoubtedly Rashard Braboy (336.999.2501), the incredibly knowledgeable and friendly General Manager (Employee # 685392). Despite my initial unfamiliarity with the Dunkin' app, Rashard took the time to walk me through it step-by-step, sharing invaluable tips and tricks that have already made my life so much easier. What truly sets this location apart is the genuine care and attention to detail that Rashard and his crew bring to every interaction. They don't just take your order - they go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic experience from start to finish. Even though I had to travel an extra 10 miles out of my way, it was absolutely worth the journey. The delicious food (Sourdough Sandwich, my favorite) and beverages (Large Black Coffee) were just the cherry on top of an already exceptional visit. If you're in the Winston-Salem area, do yourself a favor and stop by this Dunkin' Donuts. With Rashard at the helm, you're guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face and a newfound appreciation for truly outstanding customer service. I went to Dunkin on wheeler rd. first and foremost I ordered a sourdough toast (what is toast? bread browned on both sides? ) not some warmed up bread and when you ask for them to toast it the get an attitude then to find out the person was the manager, I would expect better customer service. And when you ask for the company’s phone number, they tell you they do not know it. It seemed she was more interested in her chit chat with other employees then her manager duties the customer comes second. The service was an absolute tragedy. Rude let put it this way you can dress up the store all you want but when you care more about wait time then customer service it will not be long before people start going to other stores. I would say I am highly dissatisfied.

I tried the new Dunkin' Donuts store located at 25467 Detroit Rd in Westlake Ohio on June 1, 2024. I was taken back by the counter worker, Erica, who was berating a customer for asking a question about his order. The overweight short white lady was shockingly white trash in her conduct.

Second time here. First time I wasn't impressed, the donut had cornflakes on top and they were stale. This time however, the girl took my order wrong, after repeated corrections. Then when serving me my coffee sniveled and wiped her nose on her tshirt which she had clearly been doing all day as there was clear make up marks in that spot. Eeew!
