Used to be a big Dunkin fan but the past couple of years not so much. Just got old with their flavors of coffee, plus finding out they have high fructose corn syrup in their flavor syrups ruins it for me. I also am not happy with them when it comes to wanting a refund. I should simply be able to reach out to customer service if I'm not happy with a food or drink item, and they process a refund back to my card no problem but they make it difficult. I reached out, sent them a pic of my receipt, then they had the location I went to reach out to me offering me a different drink. Um, I already said I wanted a REFUND. and why can't dunkins customer service process one? Ive reached back out to the location I went to, as well as Dunkin themselves and have not heard back. If I can't get a refund for a damn drink I wasn't happy with, they will lose my business. Should never have to fight any place for a refund if not happy with a food or drink item.

Dunken in Orlando i drive, was in the shop for 40mins waiting for 1 strawberry coolatta and half dozen donuts. Poor woman working on her own spoke barely any English, she’s trying to serve a full shop plus the drive through, alone! Drink and donuts were lovely but won’t return to this branch as 40mins is far too long to wait!

The selection of Donuts is large. But hey what about doing the simple standard good old fashioned Donut sprinkled with Cinnamon? Not to be seen which is a shame. The regular coffee is £1.20 and its a big one! However, this ain't an artisan coffee shop and it comes out of a choose and push button machine (like those in a supermarket). So don't expect a lot ....... but hey its cheap and comfy and cozy in the shop on a freezing cold day.

Bad customer service as the staff does not engage with the customer but turns her back on the customer to do small talk with staff. You will not get a napkin without asking and the girl who waited on me handed me two napkins with her head and torso turned away from me and still talking with staff. Not professional and don’t give you a bag to put your order in.

Hanley Rd St. Louis MO Access to store is limited as one exit blocked off for Big Bend and the exit open is very hard to get out of with all the traffic. So I limit going there. Not fair for a new business to block entry

The Duncan donuts in Deerfield Bch, Fl is the worst one in the chain. They consistently give the wrong donuts in the drive through and there is always coffee grinds in the cup floating and at the bottom. At least they are consistent in their lack of service and quality donuts. Usually old and stale donuts. Definitely going to dandy donuts from now on. It’s worth the drive.

I was very disappointed when visiting the Dunkin Donuts in yesterday. None of the donuts they had on offer were proper cake donuts. They were ALL the soft doughy ones... just like Crispy Crème. The branches in the states offer a much better selection and variation of donuts and muffins. Also, they did not have cream to put in your coffee, only milk.
