Every time i go to their plum location something has to go wrong. Today they gave me no straws and little to non cream cheese. if i wanted no cream cheese i would’ve asked for that.. i will not return. this is not my first time having issues… very upsetting.

Dunkin’ Donuts manager was yelling at an employee on 10/18/1026 Sunday in front of customers n employees very unprofessional, you can view cameras if you like . Plus they have roaches . Health department has been notified.

The location specifically that I had a very serious problem at is 9033 S. Tryon St., Charlotte NC. I did a mobile app order and I scheduled it two hours ahead of time. I had to pick it up by 4:20. I put the order in at 1:53 PM. I get there at4:10, order was supposed to be completed by 4:20 PM. there’s no donuts ready and they tell me they didn’t receive my order. They go back-and-forth with me. I literally showed them my email several times and the first person who was very young at the drive-through window. Took a screenshot of my email. I asked for a supervisor, the young guy said there was no supervisor, but they had a lead. I said thank you. Can I speak to the lead. The lead came; she had glasses very low small ponytail, black woman kinda tall, she explained to me that they couldn’t do anything for me that the order just came through and it hadn’t been there until just now; that is really coincidental; that I get there and even in the 10 minutes I’m going back and forth. Gf I’ve minutes later all of a sudden that order came through the machine. I’m not stupid, that mobile order was always there. They had no patrons in the store and they have no patrons in the driveway. They just were not paying attention to the mobile orders and would not take accountability. I asked the second lady if she could write the supervisor’s name on the box of donuts, she paused for about three seconds and then said “yeah!” with a huge attitude. I then asked her what can she can do to compensate the customer for having to wait an extra 10 or 15 minutes when they made a mobile order two hours and 15 minutes prior. She very begrudgingly said, “yeah I can throw a few donuts in there for you!“. That was horrible. She was so rude. I’m sitting there waiting for the donuts and I’m looking away from the drive-through window and I hear my name, “***” really loud, very boisterous, very rude, and aggressive. I looked at the drive-through window and there’s this third person. She’s quite large. Light skinned black girl. Short hair. She’s got her head through the drive-through window and she’s acting very aggressive towards me with her body language and her verbal tone. Out of the blue she says, “we just got the order!“. I showed her my email that it came through at 1:53 and she walked away from me as if I wasn’t even there. I then asked her what her name was and she paused and said “Jessica!!“. I still don’t believe that’s her name. I called corporate & were very responsive. They have the store manager called me and he’s just as bad as the other staff. The staff are used to acting like this because they have supervisors that allow them to act like this, otherwise they would not act like this when the manager is there or when they’re gone. He wanted to redo my order, he didn’t care about what happened. I kept trying to explain to him over the phone and he did not care, he just kept saying “when you wanna come get these donuts, when you wanna come“. I never go back there because for one, I felt threatened when I was there, and I felt like I was gonna have to protect myself in a serious way. Why would I want to go to a place like that again.

Dunkin Donuts 5410 Patriot Hwy Fredericksburg VA 22407 Ordered through the drive thru an iced coffee and a flatbed toast w/avocado. Went to pay and pick up my order, the young lady handed me my flatbread and I had to wait for my iced coffee. She went to turn around to watch the gentleman make the coffee and slung her hair as she turned. the next thing I knew a bunch of hair came flying into my driver side car window as apparently she was shedding. My biggest question is WHY? I have noticed that hairnets are not being worn in many restaurants. It was absolutely disgusting to have to pick someone’s hair off of the sleeve of my blouse and sling it out the window! I immediately lost my appetite. I didn’t want to embarrass the young lady so I took my items and drove off. But I just couldn’t find myself to eat or drink any of it I was so disgusted. I pulled into the closest gas station and threw out everything and immediately deleted my app! This is something that I should have been done anyway! Customer service and food safety handling is a thing of the past for sure!! Ewww

I didn’t even want to give a 1, what happened to the quality of their products! Especially their pumpkin muffins? They use to be delicious, they are now sandy & disgusting! My last purchase at Dunkin!

I ordered online ahead of time. After getting there and waiting several minutes to be helped they said they did not have the item I ordered. I asked for a refund and they said no. Had to be done online which j have tried and it cannot be done. When I questioned them they got angry and mean. Terrible experience. I am out the order, the money and endured mean treatment.

I visit Dunkin’ Donuts frequently, but here in the past year I have stopped going so frequently because of the terrible food preparation. I decided after many months of not going to Dunkin’ Donuts because of this continued issue. I decided to stop there today of course it should’ve been expected from prior experiences I ordered the six dollar meal deal. I asked for an iced coffee with three creams and five sugars, and I got an iced coffee with five creams and three sugars. I asked for an everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese. I got everything burnt bagel with cheese and bacon and no egg. When does Dunkin’ Donuts get it together and prepare the proper food? After staying away from Dunkin’ Donuts for approximately seven months and giving them another shot and they just can’t seem to get it right I will no longer be going to any more Dunkin’ Donuts also the hashbrowns taste freezer burnt. Also, I was advised by one of your employees that they make the iced coffee in the morning with hot coffee and they cool it by overfilling it with ice making the coffee taste water down. I have also been advised that the coffee that is made at 5 o’clock in the morning is still the same coffee at 5 o’clock in the afternoon. This is definitely old coffee. I was wondering why no matter how many creamers I put in my coffee, the color didn’t change and the color appeared to be like an orange color. I will be reporting these food concerns to the proper authorities.

Rangeline- Dunkin donuts in Columbia MO Used Dunkin app😔B.A.D For my kids birthday I wanted to get Bavarian filled donuts. Those are popular and run out. So I thought I'll order ahead of time like 11pm at night for the next day to pickup at 10:40am. Yeah, something so simple, right? Well the app was anything but user friendly very difficult and super slow to load. Then I went the next day and they didn't have a receipt for pickup at 10:40. So I went back home, got my phone came back, magically they just got my receipt on the order, BUT they were out of Bavarian, which was the whole reason I ordered AHEAD OF TIME. APP=POINTLESS Couldn't get a refund they said I'd have to do it thru the app. All I could see in my mind was more trouble there. So I had to settle for what else they had. I will never ever use that horrid app in this lifetime, nor any other If AI is as dumb as the Dunkin app, God help us all
