everytime i get some donuts from here they always put my donuts upside down and the chocolate comes off before i can even eat it. do better will not be ordering from here anymore.

Dunkin in Seminole had a grand opening yesterday and turned the neighborhood into a parking lot. I have had horrible experiences there with people who can't make coffee if they tried! Stopped going, it's a constant employee turn over and new ones are not trained correctly. Their coffee, and donuts are not that good, but funny how anything free and people become ANTS ! Nice neighborly company!

Will never buy from Dunkin’ Donuts as they have fallen down the woke hole. Probably a bad move Dunkin. It’s amazing how many folk don’t like woke

So Dunkin Donuts decided to get rid of employees and have customers use the kiosk. I went in to get 3 donuts for my husband and I and 25 minutes later I finally left the store. Problem #1 there was only one kiosk, had 2 customers in front of me and they took 7 minutes to complete their orders. #2 I didn't want to use the drive thru since I wanted to see what donuts were available. #3 kiosk didn't list donut I wanted. #3 customers in the drive thru line were getting served first. #4 When I pointed out that the donut I wanted wasn't listed woman was rude and told me she would give what i wanted when it was my turn and to just order any donut. #5 Woman forgot to ask me and tried to give me donut I ordered for replacement. 5 customers in the store and 3 said they would never return including me. Well I guess you won't need an extra employee after all.

I am sorry to write this review but on this occasion it is justified the experience of having a coffee with this company was absolutely terrible I would not recommend this company for any beverages at all

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts almost every day for lunch iced coffee simple I even have my own cup for the second day in a row they serve me an iced coffee without the ice then my sandwich my cheese is not even melted the sausage is pretty cold I lost of eight dollars I think I’m going to be changing my Dunkin’ Donuts I currently go to Slingerlands but I think I’m gonna change to the one in Delmar because this is almost every day

Went specially to buy donuts for my little girl and little boy. Got a box of 12. Hugely disappointed as the donuts were stale and dry on the inside. I think we will stick with our Krispy Kreme!!
