Great service, from initial call to drop off and pick up. They would be my first choice if I need a dumpster again.

Outstanding customer service. My inquiry was followed by an email and phone call, Zach L was great to work with, he found out what I needed and was so great, I thought it was a scam call! Delivery was as expected, the driver was nice and put the dumpster where I wanted it. They gave me all the important information about charges, delivery window and the do’s and don't. Would work with them again!

Don’t use this service. Terrible customer service and trying to get the dumpster removed is like pulling teeth. Will never use this company for dumpsters moving forward.

I was charged an overage fee when the dumpster was barely half full, this was a complete scam on getting extra money from a customer, I will NEVER use this company again, and anyone that I know who may be in need of these services, I will tell them to steer clear as well.
Response from Dumpsters.comOct 18, 2021
George, We apologize that this charge was unexpected. Our team has since provided you documentation from the disposal site that verifies this charge. If you have any questions on this state-regulated weighing process please email [email protected].

Dumpster was supposed to be picked up the 1st of October it’s now the 10th and after numerous phone calls still no ETA on pick up. It seems we became a free parking spot for their dumpster. Also, their policy is $150 for every day I’m late…what do I get for all these days they can’t pick up their dumpster on time
Response from Dumpsters.comOct 18, 2021
Jennifer, Your frustration is understandable and we sincerely apologize for this delayed pick up.

I ordered a dumpster to clean out my in laws garage. I am sad to say that this has been my first time using this company and it will be the last. My in laws have been waiting for pick up for over 4 days now in Menlo Park and they’ve had to pay street parking while the dumpster sits in their driveway. We have called multiple times and the response is the same “maybe they will pick up tomorrow”. It’s frustrating. I don’t recommend dumpsters.com to anyone at all.
