Dominick was great accommodating my need. The dumpster was delivered on time. Very inexpensive, the company constantly send me text or e-mails as to the pick-up date which is great. Love dealing with the company. Smooth transaction.

They were very prompt in delivering the dumpster to my house..it was the right size for the project.. and the came and picked it up on the day it was scheduled..the fee included 10 days rental rather than the usual 7 days and way cheaper than the others.$569 others was $884 for 7 days.....i would call them again if i have another project to do.

I needed a 30 yard container. Just be aware. Most competitors are same price or maybe a few dollars more with a gas charge but they mostly offer 5 tons. This company gives you 3 which means 5 tons of stuff will cost you an additional $300! They boast no additional fees and warn you of other companies gas charges when that’s minimal ! It cost me $1100 with them when competitor would have been 800 with anyone else. What a bummer

Aegina, We apologize if this charge negatively affected your rental experience. The information provided did not match any customer in our system and we ask that you email [email protected] as we would like the opportunity to review your experience.

I book a 15 cubic yard dumpster bin but they only send us the 10 cubic yard dumpster bin(2ft * 18ft * 7.5ft), I called them for 2 days and they insisted that is 15 cubic yard bin even thought I told them to calculate according to above size. After that, they told me that the manager will call me but ends out no one is calling us for 2 days already. Our contractor have to delay work for that. Very disappointed by their not responsibility and maybe cheating business. Very regret to do business with them. Do you know how to calculate the size? 2*18*7.5=270 cubic ft, which is exactly equals to 10 cubic yard from online calculator If you said the size many be vary, then from 15 cubic yard varied to 10 cubic yard, that call cheating.
Response from Dumpsters.comOct 24, 2022
Amber, We apologize for this issue. Please consider our 15-yard dumpsters vary in dimensions, but have the correct amount of capacity. Our team has been in contact and confirmed a 15-yard dumpster was delivered, however, please email [email protected] should you have any additional needs.

BY far the worst company to deal with on several levels. Got dumpsters twice from them and ended up overpaying way overpaying. Skip this company and go with your local dumpster company because that's what they do. dumpsters.com does not have their own dumpsters and will over charge you anyway they can to make the spread. I would never use them ever again. I would've given them Zero if I could.
