The dumpster was delivered on time and removed on time. We rented a 30 yard dumpster to have sufficient room for all the debris we had. It worked out very well, and one week's time was sufficient to get our debris into the dumpster.

Alex always takes good care of us with prompt service. I use Budget Dumpsters all year long and have been using them for at least 4 years. I do not have time to write a review for every service, just know that Alex deserves 5 stars all the time.

Jan, We appreciate your loyalty and kind feedback about Alex!

The dumpster was supposed to be delivered Friday for a Saturday job. Now the account manager and customer service we need is not in the office until Monday. We will now have a pile of debris on our property for who knows how long because we have no clue when the dumpster will arrive if it even does.
Response from Dumpsters.comJul 25, 2023
Tiffany, We apologize we did not meet your expectations. Our team has been in contact and issued a credit. Please continue to work with them with any additional needs.
