Dumpster delivery so late (after 4:00 pm) that my crew had left for the day. Don't believe their 7 day rental cost. I notified the company when I called to have it picked up of the situation. Without my knowledge or consent they charged my card for an additional. Horrible customer service!

Signed paperwork on Fri 1/20/23 for delivery Tues 1/24/23. Explained to customer service rep that this was for a JOB SITE and to please call when enroute so I could make sure that I was there as this is for a JOB SITE, not a home. Rep stated that wouldn’t be a problem. Received confirmation of delivery on 1/24/23. I spent ALL DAY (8am to 5:30pm) at the JOB SITE waiting for the arrival of the dumpster. Called in to company at 5:30pm to cancel dumpster and refund of all my money due to the dumpster never arriving. Rep told me that I “couldn’t cancel on the day of delivery” and that “the day wasn’t over yet”. What time do they think is acceptable to deliver to a JOB SITE? 8pm? It won’t get to the site at that hour as it is locked up at that point. After writing this review, company reached out and quoted me 1 free day and guaranteed delivery the next day at 1 pm. Driver dropped dumpster at 1:30. Whatever. Scheduled company to drop off another dumpster at my adjoining property and pick this one up on the same day, was told Mon at 12 by my point of contact. They came and picked up dumpster but did not drop off a new one. When I called in to cancel the delivery of the new dumpster, they charged me $150 cancellation fee. To clarify, they charged me $150 for them to not do their job. Company is a third party. They contact local companies to deliver, hence the delay in pick up/delivery. Watched the guy that picked up my dumpster come back by with it empty to go to another location an hour or so after he picked it up from my site. Will NEVER do business with this “company” again in the future. If you like to spend your money wisely, you’d be smart to not pay these guys and instead find the guy that they rent them from for half the price.

We used this company two times. The first time we had no trouble, they did a great job of dropping off the dumpster rental and picking it up. Then we were moving homes and decided to rent from them again. We kept the dumpster for two weeks. We knew the rules about what to put in and not to put in the dumpster. Well, they picked up the dumpster and claimed we put in two mattresses that they charged 95.00 a piece for. We immediately asked for pictures of said mattresses. No pictures could be provided. Don't you think if you are going accuse a customer of wrong-doing, you would take pictures? I am altering this review as finally the customer service worked with us to come to an agreement. We asked that they change their policy and have all their drivers take a picture of "not allowed" items before taking the stuff to the dump. They said they would consider that recommendation. We are now feeling better about the outcome of this ordeal

We have rented a dumpster from Dumpster Rental Enterprises twice and have been pleased each time. They are prompt, professional and helpful. We highly recommend.

I've used this service a couple of times for demo jobs at my home. These guys are great. They're very responsive. Though not cheap, the service is a good value. Be sure to call them when your dumpster is ready for pickup to avoid overage charge!

Fast and a great way to get rid of things you need thrown out. No complaints from me.
