We take service delays seriously, and we acknowledge that the final dumpster remained on site longer than expected after pickup was requested. We understand your frustration regarding that delay. Regarding the overage charges, our invoices are based on certified landfill weight tickets, and the final dumpster weighed substantially more than the included disposal allowance. While we were unable to agree on the cause of the excess weight, we reviewed your concerns in detail and offered a courtesy reduction to help resolve the matter. In this case, the delivery required a permit before we could legally place the dumpster. We kept you updated throughout the process, including when the permit was still pending and again once it was approved.
