Excellent Customer Service
We were in desperate need of a roll off in Grand Prairie. I called multiple locations and Massie Services Dumpster Rentals answered my call and gave me pricing during my call. To this day I have not heard from the other unnamed companies. Liz you are a lifesaver!!!

Very user-friendly.
Overall, the website looks great. Has a lot of different options on different size dumpsters. With different pricing and different information about each dumpster. Website is very user-friendly. Gives you all the information that you need to know when you’re ordering online. Everything seems to be very secure. I would rent from this facility.

The checkout process is straightforward…
The checkout process is straightforward and the user-friendly. The form is broken and declare sections, customer information, delivery details, onsite contact, and order information. So you always know what steps you're on. Each field is labeled plainly and the prompts like "where should the dumpsters be placed?" Make it easy to provide the right details without confusion.

Hi Kassidy, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear that the checkout process felt straightforward and easy to follow. We work hard to keep each section, including customer information, delivery details, onsite contact, and order information, clear and well-organized so you always know exactly where you are in the process. It’s great to know that the simple labels and helpful prompts made providing delivery instructions effortless. We appreciate your thoughtful review and look forward to assisting you again in the future! Warm regards, Cinthya Salas Ortiz Customer Service Manager Dumpster Rental Enterprises
