The website made it super easy to figure out how to go about renting a dumpster. I liked that it had all the different options and clearly outlined the price, the amount of time, the requirements for pickup/delivery, the allowed tonnage, and also the upcharge for needing extra weight or time with the dumpster. I had to do 0 digging to find what I needed, made life so much easier!

Hi Pamela, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Your initial order was placed late in the day with a request for next-day delivery. While the dumpster was delivered on the scheduled day, it arrived later in the afternoon, just after 5:00 PM. We understand that this timing can feel inconvenient, and we recognize how important punctual delivery is when coordinating a project. For your swap order, the replacement dumpster was delivered much earlier, before 11:00 AM, to help keep things moving as smoothly as possible. Our team always works to balance availability, routing, and customer requests, especially on short-notice orders. We genuinely value your business and your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service and communication. If there’s anything further we can review or clarify, we’d be happy to do so.
