Hi Rafie, we’re sorry for the frustration and confusion around this charge. It was not a duplicate or unexplained charge. Your rental included a set weight allowance, and the additional amount was for excess tonnage documented by the disposal facility’s certified weight ticket. We have sent the receipt and weight documentation to the email address on file. We would be happy to discuss the details with you directly. Hi, thank you for your feedback. We understand that a weight overage of this size is significant and that you wanted documentation supporting the charge. Before processing the overage, our team attempted to contact you by phone and left a voicemail regarding the additional weight charge. Overage charges are billed to the card on file in accordance with the rental agreement, and when you requested supporting documentation, our team emailed you the landfill weight ticket. The ticket shows a net disposal weight of 20,140 lbs, or 10.07 tons. Landfill scale tickets unfortunately do not always display the customer’s service address or dumpster number directly on the receipt, which we understand can make the document less clear than we would prefer. We’re happy to review the supporting order and dispatch records with you to further verify how the ticket corresponds to your rental. Please feel free to contact our team and we’ll be glad to help.
