When a pickup is requested, we do schedule it within a full-day window and ask that the dumpster is accessible starting early in the morning, since routes are built in advance and exact times can’t be guaranteed. That said, I understand how a very early arrival can feel unexpected if that timing wasn’t top of mind, and that’s on us to communicate more clearly. We’re reviewing this internally to make sure expectations around pickup timing are as clear as possible going forward.
