I have been dealing with Duda's complete lack of communication for over a month now, and it has been an absolute nightmare. My account has been completely unusable because I can't republish my site at all, and despite countless attempts to get their team to fix the issue, they have been utterly useless. The customer service is hands-down the worst I have ever experienced. Not only do they not care about their customers, but they also seem to have no interest in resolving critical issues that affect people's businesses. I've had zero follow-up, zero updates, and zero solutions. Duda's blatant disregard for their users is appalling, and they have made it abundantly clear that they do not value customer relationships. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this platform to steer clear—if you run into any issues, expect to be completely ignored. Avoid Duda at all costs. They don't deserve your time or money.

Accidently purchased two instances. Extremley hard to cancel. Cant remove credit card. Support is poor and functionality is average.

They are the worst. They've consistently tried to push me to paying for something I don't need and can't use. Final insult was making my mobile site unusable and refusing to assist with the problem. I'm not a tech "newbie" - these people are utterly incompetent. The final insult is they make cancelling your account virtually impossible. Next stop is BBB.
