DudaReviews of duda.co

Wasted much time with this software !!! Complete waste of time. Does not appear anything at all like the editor screen nor the preview screen. In fact, when the site was published, it appears online at the published domain name on my desktop totally different than it does on other's screens. This makes the software very deceptive and sucks out your time. It is as if someone was intentionally attempting to waste your time and resources, this is how they would do it. Be very cautious with them. Do not simply trust the editor, nor preview, nor not even the desktop on your own IP. You literally need to walk and knock on your neighbor's door and ask to borrow their screen to get an accurate accessment of your work progress.

I've been a customer of Duda since 2020. You'd think they would care about long term customers, but they don't :) I am a single designer with one website and they are asking me to pay 65 A MONTH for one website. I saw their competitor WIX charges you 25, the same Duda charges you for the lowest package, for a medium package that includes AI and all that. Duda is the worst platform I've ever come across, only getting worse throughout the years, and I hope they go out of business for how much they 'care' about their customers

Ran! So they increse prices without notice, you'll know whenn renewal and they take money without informing about increse! Now you want to transfer...well those thieves are ready for you! First you are in monthly plan, but they make sure you have renewal for whole year...so they force you to pay for another year in advance, blocking you from doing anything else! Well so can switch to monthly payment...nope, they made sure you can switch to monthly payment only after another year! So those thieves came up with this system to screw you for another year! Nothing you can do about it, even on montly plan...so now have to sue them...who's on same boat let me know to have a big case against those thieves.

It's a total scam, no delivery yet and it's been months since I placed my order.

I love Duda.. I love everything about this company, especially the customer service!!!!!

Support is useless. Somehow my client has managed to remove me from admin and now no one can access the site. Now we have to go to the expense and fustration of moving to another platform.

I chose Duda as a web builder after many years and projects on Wordpress. Super nice builder, fast loading times and as they indicate: it improves your workflow considerably! The easy switching between customers in the dashboard, the 1-click-live system and the updates that are implemented across the entire platform is truly a pleasure to work with. I have already asked the helpdesk a question several times, and they respond within a few minutes via Live Chat. Lots of knowledge, nice team that is happy to assist you. In my opinion, the payment options on Stripe for Client Billing should simply have iDeal.

Zyra has proven to be an expert in website hosting configurations, troubleshooting & resolving my website issue in just 1 minute, which your previous team member and even my Domain provider could not resolve in over 4-5 hours. I think, she is an important asset to Duda and she has ability to proactively identifing potential website hosting issues and takes preventive measures to avoid service disruptions. Zyra has exceeded my expectations, setting a high standard in both technical expertise and customer service. Rewarding her efforts with a well-deserved salary increase will not only recognize her past accomplishments but also motivate her to maintain and further develop her high level of performance.
