Bunch of scum bags Never replied to my email It's been a month since i ordered and nothing

I ordered something on the first of September, on the 13th and 16th I wrote an Email to support since my Order had not updated and still said "we are preparing the order for shipment!" All of my emails went unanswered (yes I sent them to the correct support email), even the demand for a refund went unanswered. Still nothing. Bad service, very VERY scammy vibes.

Ordered in May and nothing. They responded once with a canned response then silence.

I feel scammed. I placed an order a long time ago, and I haven't heard anything since. I sent emails to ask for clarification, but I haven't received a response. I advise everyone against purchasing from these people.

Placed an order May 19th. After several weeks, contacted customer service and was told it was a preorder and would ship soon. 3 months later, still don't have it and customer service has not responded to any of my emails.

Don’t even dare ordering!! I ordered caps with them May 2026, I followed up after two weeks and they replied that it won’t be available to be shipped till 22June, followed up again before end of June and now they said there were significant delays and it will now be delivered by end of July. It’s now August and I have yet to receive an update or at least a refund if they no longer be able to deliver it. So yeah, don’t be decieved by their social media post, they are just out to get your money and won’t send the product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER! JUST EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE! SCAMMERS! Customer service is a joke. They either don't reply or they make up lies. First I was given three different delivery dates, then they simply stopped giving me any. Then they just started making things up. Now, they just continue to advertise their products with no intention of delivering. Please avoid!
