Not sure if I would ever buy one. My daughter received one as a gift. The battery died and we tried to charge it. It showed green as it was charged and it no longer worked. I have been in contact with customer service. I told them it was a gift that I did not have an order number. They asked for some videos I sent the videos showing the product did not work. They asked for my address said they would send a replacement out. Now we are back at square one and they are asking for an order number.

It's a small team of people that are 3D printing items to sell on different platforms. They take forever to do anything and their quality sucks. I recently bought two of the quacking keychains and just now got them after 3 months. DO NOT buy from them unless you like waiting for months. One of my fidget toys was missing an eye and I also didn't get the mystery keycaps that were promised either.

The box came broken and the quality is not very good for the price I paid, I had to pay 10€ extra for taxes
