The product is great and functions accordingly, i give it 4 stars since my first order sadly got lost but thats more of a shipping company problem than them, besides that, im completly satisfied with the product

Order the clear duck to put on my husbands keyboard, that way we could see it light up along with the other keys. We received a yellow duck. I emailed them and they were quick to respond and acknowledged their accident and sent the duck we ordered. It did take a while but we’re also not from USA and there was a strike for our postal company during the time. They did not expect the yellow duck back either. Good customer service and we LOVE the little duck to add to the other ducks in our life.

Their products are just as described on their site. I got a duck for my daughter a cat for me which I love. Then a free gift was also added to my order. The only complaint I have is that the order took a long time to receive. I like the product.

The items are adorable, I waited a while for delivery because the kitty was a new item but it was worth the wait

Great customer service in my opinion

I preordered the „meowkey“ in April. Long time I didn‘t hear anything. After contacting the customer service, I heard that it would take a while. No problem for me as it is no essential at all. But in the meantime (it was 6 months between order and shipping) I moved to another address and told the customer service about that so they can change the delivery address. Only thing I heard was that it will take some time. I guess it was some kind of AI answering every time the same thing as everybody was worried to get their delivery :D After shipping I saw that the address wasn’t changed. I once again contacted customer service and was surprised as they responded directly that they did a replacement shipping to the new address. Two weeks later I got my delivery and am very pleased with the quality. It is a really good toy after finally getting it :D So the conclusion: they may get better in their customer service and you have to be patient when ordering. But if that is no problem for you, you get a really good product.

It was the highlight of my day yesterday!!! My ducks finally came ! And I love it and everyone I bought one for love it I’m incredibly happy about these quacking ducks! I get a chuckle from my office every time . The customer service team was very responsive to me when I had concerns when I knew it was going to take a long time to ship but the quality of the ducks and the quack sounds is great!!! I would buy from them again for a lot of my friends!!! And they love em!!!

Had a problem with the pink duck key cap but they were very helpful and offered to fix the issue!
