Hidden Customs Fees – 57% Extra Very disappointing. My order was €33.80, with €0.00 taxes and shipping stated in the confirmation. Upon delivery, I had to pay an unexpected €19.40 in customs and handling fees – 57% extra :( These charges were not clearly disclosed during checkout. Other customers have reported similar issues. Misleading pricing and poor transparency. I expect a full refund of €19.40. Buyers beware

I wrote to the company before my order was shipped to cancel it. There was no reply to my email for days, so I opened a case with Paypal Buyer Protection. They didn't report there for a week either, so I referred the case to the support team. Now, a tracking number has been brazenly given that does not fit any parcel service provider. Thank God there is the right of withdrawal, which I now have to claim.

It’s been 1 month since I placed my order and still no update. Shows that still preparing my product. Lol

Ordered 3 months ago. Emailed their customer support only to have emails bounce back saying address didn't exist. Then managed to find an email on their website that they responded to, saying my purchase was a pre-order purchase. Nothing about that was said on their website when ordering and making payment. I have asked repeatedly for a refund. Now all email addresses I try for them have the emails bounce back. They are scammers and should be avoided at all costs. Not sure how they are still allowed to operate.

I've ordered from this company twice. Once a few years ago (around 2023 - 2024) and once around early summer this year. Positives: + The items themselves are good quality and cute, if / when they arrive. Negatives: - Missing charging cables. Cables state 'use this cable only' but certain products that need charging come without USB to USB-C cables included. - Product boxes damaged in transit. The shipping packaging is NOT sufficient and both times I've ordered items that included gifts for others only to have multiple product boxes crushed in transit. - Hair in 'sealed' boxes - disgusting. I found a long hair in one of the uncrushed sealed boxes that I intended to gift to someone, lovely. - Bad communication. You'll be lucky to get a reply once. After that, customer support will just ignore you. - Tracking. You're lucky to get tracking info. If you ask for it, you don't get it. I didn't get it for my first order, I was lucky to get it for my second. Considering the price of their products, I expect much better service. I won't be buying from Duckeys again, and I will always urge other people to avoid this company. It's funny, I see their tik tok and youtube shorts everywhere, they clearly want custom. But they don't respect their customers. STEER CLEAR

I've been waiting three months for my order. I check weekly at my order and it still says "we are preparing your items for shipping."

Well, no doubt that their toys are good quality and fun to have. But their customer service, their response from the company is nothing but horrible. Same experiences as most of the 1 stars here; they take a crazy long time to reply your emails, give you wrong information on your orders stating you have received your orders where you didn’t. And don’t even bother apologizing or answering your questions. Close to zero responsibility to customer satisfaction experience, and zero sense in customer retention. No effort in investigating at all, and only accusations to their own benefit.
