Made a pre-order back in April. Took 2 weeks after the release date to "ship" and be provided with tracking info. Took another 2 weeks after that for them to actually give the package to UPS. Yet on their website it claims they ship within 3-4 days. Customer service is not very helpful but at least they usually respond within 24 hours.

Initially I got one of their fidget duck key on Amazon and fell in love. I then went on their website to order their 6 duck fidget keychain. I received the tracking number but ups seems to have some kind of issue with my address and when I call them they were not able to help me. I contacted their customer service and Jan helped me track the package. After a week or so the package was returned and he helped me reship the items again. This time I finally got it.

The product took a bit to ship out, but I'm incredibly satisfied with it. There was one defective duckey in the batch I ordered, but the customer service rep was incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted out and shipped out a replacement at no charge. The build quality is solid, the switches are tactile, and the quacks... satisfying. Would buy again!

Thank you so much for these amazing Meowkeys! My friends and I absolutely love them! And a special thank you to Jan who provided excellent customer service! I was sent an Orange Meowkey instead of the Orange and Black one and she was quick to assist me and send over the correct one. And I was able to keep the Orange Meowkey as well so I gifted that to a friend who adores it!

Was given a Duckey keychain as a gift. Love it! All my students do too, Duckey goes with me evrywhere.

Terrible! I placed an order for two items on May 24th and just received them this week! It was for one ducky cap and one meow cap. One was out of stock and so I asked if the one in stock could be shipped sooner. They refused and I am just now received both items in September- more then 3 months later. Not worth the wait, the money or the hassle. They are not customer service orientated and I would not recommend them at all!

I’ve previously ordered from here and had a great experience but sadly I don’t think I will again. I ordered the Meowkey the morning of the drop, April 11. I understood it was a pre-order and I wouldn’t receive the item right away. The deadline for orders to ship was August 31, and my order STILL hasn’t shipped. I’ve been emailing customer support to try and get some answers and now they’ve started ignoring me. I have no idea how but I guess I’m going to have to try and get my money back.

I placed an order a few months ago and simply forgot about it as it never arrived. I reached out to customer service about the issue and they were absolutely incredible at getting the issue resolved. They were able to replace the order and get it sent over to me in a timely manner. They were super responsive and respectful and honest very pleasant to deal with.
