It was the highlight of my day yesterday!!! My ducks finally came ! And I love it and everyone I bought one for love it I’m incredibly happy about these quacking ducks! I get a chuckle from my office every time . The customer service team was very responsive to me when I had concerns when I knew it was going to take a long time to ship but the quality of the ducks and the quack sounds is great!!! I would buy from them again for a lot of my friends!!! And they love em!!!

Had a problem with the pink duck key cap but they were very helpful and offered to fix the issue!

What an innovative unique idea. What i lived even better than yhe duckies, was the service. Jan was so amazing and communicative when I needed a replacement. Then yhe order got rerouted to somewhere else. They sent another replacement. Great service, and very fun product. Quack quack. Thank you Jan!!

I do not recommend this brand at all. Terrible service and awful customer support. I had been requesting my invoice for weeks, and when they finally sent it, it was the wrong one. I needed the correct invoice to present at customs, but when I asked them to fix it, they insisted that the incorrect one was actually correct. The quantity of products listed was wrong, and so was the total amount I paid. After two long months, I finally received my order. This will definitely be the last time I purchase anything from this store.

A paid for my Order. Got nothing in Return. After 4 month i got a shipping confirmation with a ups Tracking number but even two weeks after that ups has No information about the Tracking number i got. Mails to the company are ignored. Worst shop ever !
