Received a dirty left shoe and a clean right shoe... the shoes were supposed to be white. Looks like they gave the shoe they had on display.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered not 1 but 2 pair of Airmax. Didn't receive anything and once again Customer Service is a joke....SMDH

I wish i saw these reviews before buying from this website. What a nightmare it has been to order 1 pair of shoes! I ordered a womens size 9 uggs for my daughters birthday and to my shock received a toddler size shoe! I get mistakes happen but they do not follow up on emails and I've had to call multiple times waste time on the phone they dont schedule pick ups for their mistakes had to waste time to drop off shoes that they sent wrong and for all my aggravation i was given a coupon that doesn't work on anything they sell! so all i've gotten is aggravation and still no shoes

DO NOT BUY FR THIS COMPANY!! I ordered 4 pair of shoes and only received 3 out of the 4. I called customer service to no avail. I haven’t been able to resolve this issue. I lost my money, and a pair of shoes. Would not recommend.

And I don’t even wanna give a star I want to give zero stars. Customer service skills sucks. I’ll never buy a pair of sneakers from the store.

The confused boy girl working the counter would not stay off his phone it made the check out take forever, and always very aggravating... he acted like his job and customers was a burden like he did not want to be here or do his job ... Shoes are decently priced but the clothes are over priced...

I didnt do my research prior to buying from DTLR and I regret it. First of all, I ordered the nike air max uptempo and I paid $24 and change for overnight shipping. They sent me an email telling me that the transaction was confirmed and they provided me with a tracking number from fedex. After almost 48 hours I had to call and demand the overnight shipping that I paid because they did not send the shoes when they siad they would, but they did refund me the $24 and change for the overnight shipping. Today (6/15/2026) after 8 days, I received the shoes and to my horror, they sent a VERY defective pair and even the bottom sole looks like they were worn at least once. I wish I could upload some pictures of these shoes, but if I find a way to edit this review and upload some pics I will. When I did my research on DTLR I learned that they dont do refund but instead they do store credit which is ridiculous....after I found this website (trustpilot) I realized that DTLR are scamming people. WARNING: MY ADVISE TO ANYONE PLANNING TO BUY SHOES FROM THIS STORE NOT TO DO IT BECAUSE YOU WILL RUN INTO PROBLEMS. I called their customer service and they always put you on hold and when they comeback on the line is with some excuses and bs. I will NEVER buy from this online store again.

I honestly wouldn’t even rate this app a 1. I was highly disappointed with my order, my shoes came damaged and look like they’ve been pre-worn. Being responsible to pay to ship back some shoes they’ve damaged is outrageous. This is my first time shopping with them and the last.
