I was hesitant and nervous about ordering from DTLR because of the reviews I had read online. I decided to give them a try anyway, and I'm glad I did. The ordering process was smooth, the delivery notifications were accurate, and my shoes arrived quickly. They were exactly as pictured on the website and came in brand new condition with the original shoe box. Despite the many negative reviews, I had a great experience from start to finish and will definitely be ordering from DTLR again.

I went 5 min before closing for a pick up order an this 3 employee O’laja , Dynasty and Letty from machester ct store treated me very nicely they got my pick up ready an they closed the box with tape for me I’ll definitely go buy there again 🙏🏼🤞🏼

We went into the DTLR in clinton md and our sale person Javon was amazing he did not have the shoe I wanted but he went above and beyond to try to fine the shoes I wanted and to get to checkout and Lisa still sent us out with amazing customer service thank you DTLR it was a great experience

UPDATE: SHOES GOT DELIVERED, FEDEX AND USPS miscommunication! i ordered a shoe on OCT 29 2025 and i Paid for shipping, DTLR use fedex smartpost. Waited 1 month and item didnt move, contacted usps and said Fedex didnt have update the shipping so i contacted fedex and told me they dont have the label for usps to pick up and deliver to me. Fedex told me they still have the shoes but i have to contact DTLR, so i contacted dtlr but they keep saying its lost.i got my refund but i rather have the shoe.

I've ordered the a pair of Nike woodside boots (plus a RL logo tee to get free shipping) online 2 days ago and I've already received both items. They were shipped from 2 different locations and they both delivered on-time by Fedex and both are brand new. This is the first time I've ordered from this site and I was a little worried that the boot might be an returned item as it was shipped from a store and some other reviewer had bad experience. But both of my items appear to be brand new. I'm very happy with the purchase and experience. Only wish they could lower the free shipping threshold so I don't need to order the 2nd item.

Ordered 1-17 got them 1-22 and snowing up north too.Was worried so many negative reviews.I called them twice they were nice and order was perfect. Placing another order.Tony
