I bought clothing that Fedex said was delivered but I never received. They said they had to file a claim and they never got back to me. Repeated calls resulted in their staff saying they had to look in to it and they have never got back to me. It's been about 7 months and at this point I think I have lost my money and never got the goods. Avoid this retailer at all costs.

They canceled my order for my Jordan fives and I’m very upset. It was my first time shopping with them and it will be my last. Smh

Terrible experience. Sold me worn items as new. Return process extremely inconvenient. Online return prompts not working and can’t get anyone on the phone for help. I will never order from them again. Disgusted with this whole process in big 2026.

I was in DTLR on Friday 09/4/2026 evening. Was looking at shoes at the same time my cousin was on my phone face time looking at all the shoes that was on sale.I ask the young lady that was the sales person at the time to come help me. I guest she got tired of helping me because I was buying shoes for 3 grand baby’s at least 2 pairs a peace. A heavy set young man was at the counter. I notice he had face timing someone on his phone . Then he turned his phone towards me laughing. Then I heard the person on his phone laughing. The manager was sitting right there & allowing him to say what ever to me. I asked him not to take pictures nor record me, don’t have me on his face time. He came out & said that I was recording him. I told him no I wasn’t you all seen me talking to my cousin on the phone & looking at all the shoes that was on sale.I also told him he saw what I was doing. All of them were sitting there watching me. After him face timing somebody & talking & laughing at me. The manager came over there where I was & ask me was I done shopping? Like she was rushing me out the store & I paid for 4 pairs of shoe s. I went back to get 2 more pairs. When she came over there were I was like I did something. He was running his mouth. So I decided to not to purchase anything else out that store . I left mad, upset, angry ,disrespected. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN!! As I was walking out he was recording me. This what happened when you hired young peoples. They all was standing at the counter like they were standing on a corner selling drugs. That store is so ghetto, because you was raised up in the hood or should I say Ghetto. You do not have to act like it. To many times I went in there they selling Jordan’s shoes for higher prices . Keeping others from buying them. It’s to much going to n in that store. Then they come to work with attitude s like some one did some to them. Never again in /with that ghetto store . Y'all can have it.

Horrible doesn't begin to describe this company! I ordered a pair of shoes from them through the PAYPAL app and to my surprise I've been charged twice for the same pair of shoes in a different size! I tried calling the customer service number several times only to get a message saying that customer support is extremely busy and that the estimated hold time would exceed 30 minutes! I'm currently going through PAYPAL to dispute this charge, but to make matters worse I finally received my order that I had shipped to the store closest to me ( no issues with the delivery time and product itself) but once I received my order I wasn't pleased with the shoes and decided to return them. I was under the impression that I would be able to return them to the store that I picked them up from, but this turned into a huge issue! First off, the store(located at North Riverside Mall in Illinois) opened 30 minutes late. I tried to go through the process of returning the shoes and explained that they were an online purchase and asked what would be the process of returning them to the store? That's when the customer service representative became confused and said that she wasn't familiar with returning items purchased online from a third party source. I explained that from what I read online that I would be able to return the shoes to the store that I picked them up from if I had the email confirmation for my order and order number. She became a little irritated and snarky and her and I had a bit of a back and forth. I told her to just give me back the shoes and I would look into the matter further with customer service (I don't have any faith that they will be of any use ) upon further investigation I see that online orders are best resolved by printing your own return label. My biggest issue with my experience going to the store is, the imbecilic and incompetent employee who wasn't well versed in the company's return policy and the language which she used (referring to the customer as baby) and the fact that I had to sit for 30 minutes before the store actually opened and the fact that in order to return my order I will have to pay for the shipping myself! I will never under any circumstances order from or step foot in any of their stores again!

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. I have been calling an emailing just to receive information that I already know because I have been so called "tracking" the package to which the tracking number does not exist with the shipping company and told that I need to give it more time. I was on hold for 20 minutes with customer service only to receive their hours of operation which I was well within to be hung up on. I have requested a refund multiple times only to have it not be addressed. Which is fine because I am currently in the process of disputing the transaction with my bank. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
