Bad communication skills took long time getting in touch with customers service

I'm only leaving a single star because it was mandatory to write this review. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I received shoes that appeared worn, with a box that wasn't brand new. I contacted customer service, hoping for a refund. Instead, they offered me three options, including keeping the shoes and receiving a 15% discount. I accepted the discount, but it never materialized. After multiple follow-up attempts, the 30-day refund window had expired. To add insult to injury, customer service now claims that photos of the shoes don't show any signs of wear. This is unacceptable, as they previously acknowledged the issue and promised a resolution. I feel ignored and disrespected by this company's failure to honor their commitments. I strongly advise against doing business with them, as their customer service is unreliable and untrustworthy.

I paid $27.75 for overnight shipping. I ordered at 10am on a Thursday morning. As of 12pm Friday, the shoe is still at the processing store, and the agent told me it may not ship until Monday. Not only will I not receive it on time, but they also only offered me half of the $27 back. I tried to cancel the order, and they said it is in "transit" but it's still at the store waiting to be picked up! Then she also stated I could send it back once I received it, but I would have to pay for a shipping. ABSOLUTLELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WAY TO HANDLE THE SITUATION.

Purchased Black Sweatpants in it wasn’t worth $50. Soon as I washed them it was over. They got so linty I had to throw them away after 1 wear. The lint brush nor the tape worked. Yes, I washed them inside out cold water.

Terrible service I do not recommend buying from them. I am still waiting for a refund for shoes I returned. I ended up paying over $20 in shipping fees to buy and return for a pair shoes that were $49.99.

Purchased a pair of jordan true flight size 4. Shoes. And I received a backpack. The invoice says exactly what I was supposed to receive. But I Only received a backpack. What a joke. I will never, ever order from a company that sent the wrong package, There's better sites to order on. Hed the warning Don't waste your money. Don't waste your time because they only disappointed my grandson and Christmas and they don't want to make it right. I told them. Send me my package And what I purchased and I will return the backpack. But they don't want to work with me

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes only received 2 pair and have yet to receive the 3rd or a refund . The customer service is awful and they speak to you as if you are in the wrong as the customer! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! I plan on reaching out to their corporate I wish I would’ve seen these horrible reviews before placing an order!

The first order I made was shipped to wrong address after I called two days in a row before delivered to let them know then gave me a partial refund. 2nd time ordering sent the wrong size shoe in wrong size box then offered me 15%off the shoe. These mfs done fell all the way off and just scamming customers.
