The website was easy to use and the product arrived quickly!

I had to call in since I was confused that I could only pay using PayPal on the website. It's not clear on your order form if you want to use a regular Credit Card. I got the mascara quickly & I appreciate no shipping charge. However, I wish the set had a smaller brush or that there were 3 different size brushes. I am experiencing some bits of mascara under my eyes - so it's not 100% no flaking which is disappointing since it's expensive. The mascara is not causing my eyes any problems. I experience severe dry eye & my doctor gave me the name of your product. So kudos to her. I'm satisfied but would like to order just one mascara at a time cause what happens if it dries out - I don't use mascara but a couple of times a week. Having 3 is a bit of overkill for me.

I have purchased many products and even had a subscription. I had to change a subscription to get items sooner so I called company to find out how to do that. I got it changed around to receive products sooner and the associate told me I would not be receiving any products on the original shipment date of subscription. She said I would be getting another order in 3 months. A couple weeks later I get another shipment of the same items I received just a few weeks earlier. I called to return these items since It was over $200 worth of items. The company said I could return items but I would have to cover shipping cost. WHY? I should not have to pay to return items when I was told I would not receive items again for 3 months. I will not order from dry eye rescue again. A customer spending that kind of money shouldn't have to come up with return postage when company was at fault.

Found great organic eye drops on this site. Good assortment of products. Quick response to an issue. I will keep ordering from them.
