Shipping 2 day air option was a joke Took 5 days to arrive Why offer it as an upgrade if you purchase over a certain amount and not come through???

I have been trying to order dry eye rescue, and every time I order it, the order goes through, and then I get an email saying that the order is canceled. It doesn’t explain that the reason why it’s canceled it because you’re out of stock, and it doesn’t give a possibility of just placing an order that will be filled once you have stock again. That is annoying.

I liked the fact that when I called I was listened to by customer service and the problem was resolved promptly. However, I am not happy with directions for how to use the Tranquil Eye mask.The directions say to heat the pucks for 90 seconds and yet heating them to only 75 seconds inflated the green pebbles where I needed to keep pushing the mesh bag where they were contained down. It also says nothing about watching to make sure the pucks stay submerged, which can actually cook the puck if it floats to the top. Anyway, a rather frustrating start.

I’ve been taking the DryEye Rescue for years and I truly believe that it’s has been key to keeping my dry eye under control. However, the recent $9 a bottle increase in price was quite a shock. Maybe a gradual increase would have been easier to take. I will continue to order because I cannot take other remedies due to allergies to certain ingredients but I’m disappointed in the extreme increase.

The website is easy to navigate. But The fact to ask the customers to be responsible for the merchandise and to pay for the insurance is not something I’d expect a good merchant would do

The eye wipes and the eye mask were great. As well as the eye wash. However, the drops were a fail. No relief from the drops. I continue to use Genteal gel for severe dry eyes.

Not really sure how much it helps. I still have to use prescription drops for the dryness

I've used it a few times. OK. Occusoft is better!
