I bought eye drops and they stung my eyes so I contacted them to return it. They said they don't allow products returned if you've opened the product. I've never heard of this anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and purchase your dry eye products somewhere else where they actually take returns.

If you want to wait over a month for your order, this is the place. No apologies just straight poor service and no accountability. I’d rather pay the higher prices at the store and not wait over a month.

This company is AWFUL, beware. There is not refund option if something doesn’t work! They will only issue a store credit and you only find out after you attempt to return the item. It’s on their website as an FAQ and their customer support says you are supposed to check that BEFORE you place an order! Who does that?! Zero stars if I could give it that rating. Terrible customer support.

People have written here about this situation before, and now it happened to me. I made an order and after some time I decided to return it. They accepted my goods, but then they also wrote that they do not return the money to my bank account, but credit it to my account in their store, and now I can only spend this money in their store. I'm not sure, but is it even legal? In general, as for me for such it is extremely unprofessional and certainly, I do not recommend anyone to contact them, as if you return your goods, the money will still remain with them.

I placed an order that was cancelled. I called and inquired why? The CSR told me the order was tagged as potential fraud. Excuse me?? I paid with a valid credit card that was accepted. The CSR suggested I sent a copy of my DL. I told the THEY were the fraud.

NOTICE-They do not refund purchases. They only provide you with a store credit. I called in to place my order and talked to a rep. They never told me upfront. I will never shop at dryeyerescue.

My review is based on the product I purchased, and not your company. I purchased the HyClear daily eyelid health management spray. I had used it in the past, per my optometrist's recommendation. This bottle burns my eyes, so much so that I have to rinse with water. So I've discontinued use. As far as delivery, and order processing etc., I have no complaints;)
