Stop my eyes from watering

Product though overpriced is good

I already wrote to customer service lsat week. The eyebrow mascara type color (TWENTY TWENTY full brows) is SO DRY from when I opened it the first time. I was told I could only return for a replacement (same problems?!) OR store credit, not a credit card return AND I have to pay for return shipping!! Date below is approximate.

Products I have used from here have really helped me

I love this product! The oil glands in my eyes don't work well. I put this on for 15 minutes 3 times a week and now I have no more problems with my eyes. Wonderful! Can't wait to tell my doctor about it!

The spray did not work on the bottle I received.
