The packaging was sturdy and professional, including educational materials about treating dry eye. Aside from saving me a trip to the optometrist, the product I purchased was 20% less at DryEyeRescue. I highly recommend.

I have found that the Retaine eye drops offer more relief to my dry eyes than a number of other products purchased. I have used the eye gel sparingly before bed, and it seems to keep my eyes lubricated during sleep. Well-packaged product offered at a good price -- received on date promised.

I put in 2 orders the same day. They were identical other than 1 was an ointment and one drops. It apparently created confusion. Only the drops came. I emailed your company explaining the problem. They emailed back to make sure what I received and what didn't come. Within 24 hours the ointment was delivered. Everyone makes mistake. A great company fixes the problem. I have a large face and the description on your products do not specify clearly. I called to say that my purchase were very small and was told that they are more fit for a child. So now I am waiting on my return package so that I can get in-store credit. and I think they might have forgot my request for a return package. Not happy that I have Purchased the wrong size and now I have to use in-store credit and must wait for a way to return the package. I spoke with customer service close to two weeks ago and still have heard nothing and haven’t seen anything in the mail.
