I have discussed my dissatisfaction several times with dryeyerescue about my order or the poor result in the “offer” to provide a discount. It seems that they have the power to put a charge on my credit card, but DO NOT seem to be able to apply a CREDIT to it! My problem is that their ordering process OFFERS a discount, but there’s no way to access that and apply it to your order. Then when you ask them to apply the credit in follow-up calls to Customer Service, all they do is offer you another credit to your next order— Totally Unacceptable!!!

We received the item very quickly. My husband absolutely loves because he is no longer using too much eye drops.

A month ago, I purchased MYBOClean Combo Pack from Dryeyerescue and because I live in Canada, shipping cost were $33. I was surprised that half of my bill was shipping however I wanted to try the product. Today, 3 weeks after the package arrived, to my surprise, I received a bill from FedEx for another $49! Dryeyerescue did not disclose or give any indication that Ground FedEx that they were using it to ship the product, will be going through the customs and that will be additional charges on top of the shipping fee. If I knew about these charges, I would have never order it as it is twice expensive than the product itself. When I called Dryeyerescue customer service to let them know that I am not responsible for the bill, they refused to acknowledge this oversight on their end or at least to share cost. I am writing this review to help other potential customers from Canada and make them aware of these hidden charges that Dryeyerescue refused to share with their clients.
