I had my Dropguys ultra slim iPhone 13 mini case for just over a year with no issues. I’m careful with holding my phone, so didn’t drop it in any major way. One day the phone fell from a bathroom counter to tiled floor—a straight fall, landing flat on the screen. The entire back of the phone shattered. The front looked unscathed, but I believe it had tiny cracks because about 1 month later the whole screen cracked. It’s true that the case didn’t shatter—it and the Dropguys screen protector are the only things holding together the back and front of the phone—but 1 single drop (not even a dramatic one), and the entire phone is shattered. I don’t call this meeting the promised usage. Of course, there’s only a 30 day warranty. Disappointing.

The tracking number they provided was bogus, kept saying label was created but the carrier hadn’t received the item. I messaged Dropguys to try to get an eta, nothing. I had to buy a case locally, since I had no idea when or if theirs would show up. The case finally did arrive, but it was nothing like I expected from the website description. It was just a cheap silicone case; the $9.99 case I bought locally was better than their $72 case. Also, I was supposed to receive a free screen protector and a camera lens protector, which I paid for. I did not get either of those. I am returning the case, but I paid $91.99 and they are only refunding me $65. $6.99 they keep for “handling”, which is not stated in the return policy. I have yet to receive an answer why I am not being refunded for the item I did not receive. Do yourself a favor and don’t do business with this lousy company. You will be disappointed in both the quality of their items and customer service.

Still waiting on this case. I’ve read the reviews around the internet and that’s why I decided to give it a try. However, I’m starting to seriously doubt myself on this decision. I’m reading great customer service, but part of that is getting your product to your customers as fast as possible.

Ordered 3 weeks ago piggy ship Supposedly has tried to deliver. No record or contact received. “Piggyship is fly by night at best avoid doing business with them and any company that uses them F rating from BBB No contact numbers for eithe piggy ship or drop guys stay away from both

I made an error on my original purchase with inputting my address. I somehow mistyped it and didn’t notice before I paid for my order. As soon as I realized it, I contacted the customer support team. They were unable to correct the address as it had already shipped. But they immediately sent out a replacement one to my correct address without any questions! My original mistake did eventually arrive, and I contacted customer support again asking how to send back the case as I only paid for one. They told me to keep it and consider it as a replacement case should I need one in the future!!!

I love that the case is thin and lightweight and still works to protect from drops. Feels like having a brand-new phone!

The dropguys screen protector is the best screen protector, and most long lasting of any I have used. Will continue to use and recommend this product. I have used the same dropguys screen protector for the past 4 years. I switched cases and dropped the phone and finally the screen protector had small crack in it. I bought a new drop guys screen protector. It saved the phone and is worth every penny!

Really great phone case I recently upgraded to the ultimate and could not be happier with my decision.
