I ordered iphone case. The website says it will be delivered in 3-5 days. After over a week, I received a strap. I never order that. I contacted them thru email and they claimed there is another delivery and they had just sent it. They then gave me a tracking number. I can't wait so long and told them to cancel my order. Now they want to charge for restocking fees if I return. Don't buy from them

Do not purchase from this company! This company does not have a phone number listed on their website and for good reason. They offer zero customer support. I still have yet to receive my phone case that I ordered and it’s been almost 3 weeks. I only received the free screen protector, they were offering for purchasing the case. The company is not responsive to messages and the site is not user-friendly to access your order information.

Slow slow slow! Still haven’t received my order and there is no contact number available to call this company.

Update 11/6 - Looking thru the email that I use for online purchases (which I do not check very often) I noticed a personal email to me from DropGuys not only apologizing for the insane delivery delay but a full refund and a $25 gift certificate. I was blown away. This level of honesty, acceptance of responsibility and excellent customer service is something you don't see much of anymore. Thank you DropGuys! Oh and the case? It is great and has protected my iphone 15 thru several drops. The screen protector did its job as well as I dropped a wrench on the screen while working in my garage. The protector took all the damage and saved the screen. Original Title: Still waiting on shipment. Original Review: Will Update when my order is processed and I actually receive my case. As with many others recently I ordered about 10 days ago and the product has yet to even be shipped. No communication from DropGuys even after 2 inquiries to their customer service.

I think I’m getting scammed. I ordered July 7. It was supposed to be here in 3-5 days. It is July 25! Still no case. Tracking said it was shipped from China on the 9th. Now they are blaming UPS and USPS instead of taking ownership of their logistics issue. The case says there was an attempted delivery at midnight! And then nothing for 2 days. Disappointing. To make things worse they had me call a random delivery company where the person answering the phone only repeated from a script or repeated what I said in order for ME to request a redeliver. Now they have changed the tracking service and it says it’s been in my city since the 9th. Lies!

What made it great, is the product does what they said it would! Their iPhone case is very strong. I have dropped it by mistake a few times and it has never cracked, or broken.

Like the others have been saying lately, I ordered my phone case on June 26th. It is now July 9 and it still shows the USPS is waiting for it. Then I noticed on here they blame delays at the post office. It isn’t the post office’s fault if you haven’t gotten it to them yet. Also, every day there is a shipping update on the Dropguys page; sometimes twice, saying it’s en route, like it’s been scanned again. (Note: USPS just keeps saying they’re waiting). Clearly it’s not moving across the US somewhere and getting scanned once or twice a day. It could have gone from New York to L.A. by now if it was legitimately en route anywhere. I can only conclude that not only is there a shipping problem, there is also an honesty problem. I now believe those “shipping updates” are falsely manufactured to make it appear as if things are progressing. They take no responsibility for this. They keep blaming delays in their shipping partners. June 26 to July 9 with no legitimate update isn’t delays with shipping partners….it’s complete incompetence and potential fraud.

It’s been 5 business days since I’ve ordered my case and they still USPS still hasn’t received the package. So much for 3-5 day delivery. Very disappointing
