Shipping issues as with so many people.My personal order was paid in full on the 6th November 2022 . Shipment date was due 21st December 2022. It is now 10th January 2023, my shipping date is still at 21st December 2022, I have had no input from Drop regarding my order, just a system outage issue according to them..... I regard this as one of my worst overseas experiences of all time.!!!!

Ordered a keyboard Dec 20th with a notice of shipping out next day. Never got tracking number and 18 days later after multiple complaints to customer service no resolution. Understand they have logistical issues and changed vendors, but all they send is form emails with no new information other than another vendor will fulfill. Also mass has a 2.5 rating on trustpilot and it looks like they reconstituted a certified site to get a better rating.

This is the first and last time that I will order from this company. My payment was taken out immediately but I still did not receive my merchandise. I ordered December 26 for my grandsons birthday gift and today is January 8. I think I would’ve been better of from Amazon

Do not buy! As all the other reviews popping up are stating.. I placed my order late December with the shipping date being 2nd Jan. A few days later that changed to 6th Jan and now a mystery ‘warehouse outage’ has caused an almost 3 month delay, yet the storefront is still open and accepting new orders. Avoid at all costs if you actually want your order. The little reputation this place had is currently getting destroyed by their actions.

Similar to other recent reviews, I placed an order over 16 days ago and there's no sign of shipping. Despite the website clearly claiming "ship date December 21st".

Ordered amp on Nov. 9th supposed to ship Dec 21. They haven't shipped it yet now going on the 3rd week. They say system outage. What kind of system is this ? Worst customer service I ever seen

It has been 14 business days and I have still not received even a tracking number. I placed the order on December 19th, 2022, and on the website, it still states that the estimated shipping is December 20th, 2022. The product is now on pre-order but when I ordered it, it was available and ready to ship and estimated to ship by December 22nd, then changed to 30th and then Jan 2nd, 2023, Jan 5th, 2023, and now preorder. This website lies about having products in stock. I am seeing a bunch of reviews of this product on their website from people receiving it between the time I ordered the product and now. I am certain those are fake reviews and they are just charging our money. They only have email contact with no phone customer service. They respond with the same answer saying that their warehouse is down and it will take 7-10 business days. They will steal your money. They did not even contact us to let us know they were having this trouble. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Have the same experience as a Babil below. Ordered a keyboard on Dec 21 still not shipped. I am getting canned answers from the support that the system is down and they will ship in 5 busyness days. It is always 5 days no matter when I ask. Their billing system works perfectly well though as the charged me immediately.
