Couldn't make purchases from what was my main account so had to switch to another and the problem disappeared.

Great offerings and fairly fast shipping. I think communication could be better.

Product selection should be tailored to previous orders and interests. Too many knife products in the Outdoor Catagory.

There is a lot of interesting stuff to surf through at Drop but, honestly, much of it has no appeal to me as I'm inclined towards audio and tech gear. As a result I feel I'm getting drop alerts for kitchen knives, sleeping bags, watches and what not... Outside my "zone". I get it, though, it's a business and this is part of the process these days. What I'd hope to see, however, if you must reach out, is stick to my interest areas. I think at my earliest days as a member I was asked to pick the "communities" I was keen on. Seems if that information was on record it would be easier to "target" me with offerings of interest. It's a small wish and perhaps not all that easy to implement but, there it is. Otherwise, I find the discussions and reviews on gear for sale in the areas I am interested in quite helpful. Good Luck!

Over all I like using the Drop service. My only frustration is in the length of time from purchase, the Drop ending, then to manufacturing and finally dispatch. I recently purchased a headphone dac/amp and it was dispatched the same day... awesome service. Other than that I am very happy and will continue to use the Drop service. Cheers Cliff

Good community and some good deals. A lot of their deals aren't really that great, but the products they've started to make are usually pretty good bang for the buck and good production quality

Prices are no where near as interesting as they used to be. Now, Drop prices are much closer to other online retailers' special sales prices. Just barely edges out the competition... just barely.
