Don’t trust this company. Faulty electronics in their headset(P38X)and refused to honor the warranty

Drop supplied 110V appliance to 240V country. Ad did not state 110V. Aftersales service unhelpful.

I know I'm not the only one whose life is getting messy right now. I ordered a keyboard at the end of December with a delivery date of January 2. After a month of waiting and no news. I decided to speak with customer service to see what's going on with my order. To be told in the end that my product is no longer in stock and will not be put back in stock for an indefinite period. The solutions to offer are to wait an indefinite time in the hope that my product will come back or refund. Finally, I'm glad to get my money back, but what I find unacceptable is the lack of communication between the supplier and the customer. To have waited a month without news from them (and I would still be without news if I had not written to the support) to be told that the product I bought no longer exists. When they are able to send me 3-4 new product ads per day in my email. Before offering me a new product, try to deliver what I asked for. You must assume that you are a reputable and responsible site to act as such. Btw : my shipping date never change it's stayed at the 2 of january.

Disappointed in resolution and policies for replacement/returns. Received this headset (PC38X) for Christmas (ordered late November) that I did not get to open until the end of the December. Found out when opening that the item that was defective. I quickly sent it back which was before the 30 day return/replacement window. Note, I did not get to test original product fully due to defective ear phone and having to send it back. I wanted to give this product and brand a chance since I had read such great things on it. A replacement was then shipped and received a few weeks later. Upon 2 days after receiving the replacement (after the 30 day return period now I was made aware of after the fact) I found it was not the headset for me. When attempting to return the item, I was told returns were based on the “original” product delivery date and that the replacement I received 2 days earlier could not be returned. Had I known this, I would have requested a refund instead of a replacement as I wouldn’t have wanted to take a chance that the product was something I may or may not end up being satisfied with. I do not feel this is fair as I couldn’t fully evaluate and give an opinion on the item to determine satisfaction until I received a fully functional product. I was told there was nothing they could do now. Once a big fan, having owned a pair of momentum 2 earbuds, I will not be purchasing or recommending senheiser/drop products or their brand to any friends and family. STAY AWAY

I have always admired this site, only recently decided to buy a product from them with the promise that if it was satisfactory I would buy more. the product arrives and they sent a product suitable for American food, result? it doesn't work, obviously it doesn't even turn on and they don't want to give me assistance, they say they can't do anything… I will be careful not to recommend it to other people!

Order still not recieved when ordered early November, customer service took days to get back to me and said my parcel must have been lost, asked for a replacement to be sent and was told it would take 7-10 days too send a dispatch notice due to an unspecified "warehouse outage"... that was almost 20 days ago with no communication from their side since, requesting a full refund as I'm not wasting my time with them anymore. They have a warehouse issue but still manage to send 2-5 marketing/promo emails a day, maybe put a couple of people from marketing in the warehouse and see if they can actually fulfill orders instead of just trying to sell more items to more people. Update: asked for a refund and told it was sent (it wasnt) threatened them with legal action and amazingly it shipped the day after, avoid buying from them.

Order is lost in some warehouse, customer service has cookie cutter answers and no resolution has been made. Christmas was ruined for my order recipients. I will never use Drop again.

Ordered a keyboard 28/11/2022. Delivery was a debacle and not the fault of Drop but long story short, item was returned to sender. Drop was completely not helpful and though I was happy to go with the same keyboard but different colour or wait for the item to be restocked, Drop straight up cancelled my order and I lost the sale price which I had waited till Christmas for.
