I have bought many things from drop and have never been disappointed. Their customer service might take a little bit long to answer but they always go above and beyond to help you out.

My pair of Beyerdynamic DT 177X Go that I had for a year developed a rattle in the left ear cup. I contacted Drop Support and they got back to me that same day! I would like to thank both Jeanie C and Amy from the Drop Community Support team for their prompt responses and swift help! Thank you to them both and the entire team for shipping my new pair out to me with no trouble! You guys are the best!

I have shopped with Drop for years and have enjoyed what they offer. They’re great and I will continue to grab audio/keyboard things from them. I miss the days of special edition Spyderco knives and Monk earbuds, but I still dig what they sell. My most recent order had an issue and their customer service rep, Amy, did an amazing job getting things fixed up for me. Thank you, Amy!

I ordered on saturday, noticed on monday that the price had dropped. Contacted support, they refunded the price difference 💕

My third purchase from Drop. I had issues with customs and local post company sending my package without any notice. I had all support from customer service during the whole process. As an overseas customer I can say this was one the best customer experience I had. Thank you. Confident to continue shopping from drop.

I've made two purchases so far from Drop, with a recent one in the past two weeks. Prior to that was a purchase in 2018. The products I've bought have lasted me a long time. My most recent purchase saw a price drop within 2 weeks of the sale date, and after sending an email, Drop refunded me the difference. That sort of customer service is rarely seen these days, and I look forward to shopping with Drop again.

I recently purchased some keycaps off of Drop (MiTo M3 Noctua set). They were a bit pricy but I really liked them so I went for it. About 2 days later they arrived (fast shipping was nice) and I noticed on the website that the price went down $51. 40%! I emailed asking to get this $51 reimbursed somehow, and within a day or so they responded and told me they'd do the fair thing and reimburse me for the price difference. I greatly appreciate the good customer serivce

Great customer service! I had made a mistake with my email on checkout and contacted on a Friday and they responded the very next day on a Saturday with great help. I’m very impressed with their service and will happily use it again. Richard Medina is the one who assisted me and he was very kind and helpful.
