My transactions with Drop have been all just fine. However, I've witnessed first-hand the lack of communication and transparency in several drops. I myself have some time asked for clarification or more info about a product, to only receive silence as an answer. That is not good.

Good deals to be had, if you keep an eye out got them. Customer service has always been responsive to me, but keep in mind: their lead times are long, and often stretch longer than expected. Always read the comments though; you'll occasionally learn of a product problem that way (from earlier drops, or other buyers), and sometimes find a better deal too.

I would give Drop five stars if it wasn't for the long delivery times. But everything else that Drop puts out is always solid, and I have no complaints with their products. The Raleigh denim Jones slim were awesome, I loved the Something Strong hoodies, and the Caballero boots were slick as hell!

I love your site except for one thing. Your ordering page. The options are too difficult to figure out what you are ordering and you cannot enlarge the thumbnail on the order page.

Despite the name change, I have not found any changes in the over all service. I have had a few problems with some of the items I purchased and received. On two occasions the issues were caught by Drop and they contacted me prior to receiving the items and sent replacements right away. The other time I had an issue and contacted them about it; they quickly resolved the issue and sent me the item that was missing. The products I have bought were all quality products.

I think that Nick Shabazz said best when he said that Massdrop offers great prices in exchange for long wait periods. I have found that to be true. Case in point, I got an AD10 for about $135, that is $50 less than anywhere else. But I had to wait 2 weeks to receive it. It works well for me because I don't mind waiting too long if I save enough cash.

Good products. Good pricing. Loosing one star for not being able to see my past purchase history on my account. Referrals also not trackable.
