easy to buy items

I am very pleased with this sweater, and love the strong color scheme. The feel of the yak hair/merino wool blend is excellent, both on the outside and the inside of the garment. The fit is as described (XL). The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the DHL shipping; even though this was free (internationally), which I greatly appreciate, once the package arrived in my country (Korea), it just sat at the arrival stage for well over a week. Generally packages that arrive in Korea are processed very quickly, but DHL apparently don’t consider that level of couriering to matter.

Drop offers some good gear. i have been a member for probably a year and a half or so and really like the collaboration folding knives the best personally and own several that im happy with. they generally offer good value. folding knives is mainly what i buy but sometimes maybe a flashlight also. overall i like Drop but wish shipping wasnt so slow on the regular drops and would like to see more available shipping upgrades like i do see sometimes. the selection is generally decent and the exclusive knives are awesome like the spyderco endura supergold run i purchased. great knife and blade steel and only available through Drop! the keen is another fantastic folder also and one of my absolute favorites and i own alot of folders! i did have a couple issues which were more of a shipping issue, one with a wolf watch box and then the endura supergold which had me worried bc the endura was $130 but Drop took care of me 100% and thats a great thing to stand behind their customers! simply amazing customer service! i did rate Drop 4 stars because its good but not perfect, however what company is perfect? overall i would recommend them.

Generally good prices and products. Just ignore their snake oil cable deals.

1 Please read our comments and react to some of them 2 Better pictures as mentioned many times will help in decision buy or not to buy 3 If you ship from a warehouse in China, this should be specified, as it is very frustrating to wait for weeks for a shipment to come. Otherwise keep doing a good job of providing us with a variety of merchandise.

Great service but need more products to choose from.

Love the site, 1 star off for changing from Massdrop.com and for cancelling a drop I was looking forward to (spinning top gamble).
