It's important to know what you're signing up for - if you are in a hurry Drop probably isn't the place for you (there are some drops that offer expedited shipping etc but the majority take long). I've successfully RMA'd stuff twice internationally. Customer service is quite good in my experience, they've handled my cases quickly and efficiently.

Great place to order exclusive audio gear like the Sennheiser HD6XX and the Hifiman HE4XX, which both have amazing an amazing price-performance ratio. I really appreciate the new shipping EU shipping method. I hope there will be products for EU shipping in the future.

Great selection of products, especially in the audiophile range. Some exclusives offer crazy value for money, while non-exclusives may just be marginally cheaper than Amazon. Nonetheless, it’s truly a great concept to do community-driven commerce where products are actually requested by customers over the all too common model where companies push their often mediocre and overpriced product into the markets with lots of advertising (like beats...). Also, shipping is fast & reliable once it ships. For group buys that can be many months though. Customer service has always been quick & responsive to me!
