Excellent service ! I ordered a product, Fedex said it had been delivered, but nothing came. Drop support team handled that perfectly. They reimbursed me, and when the package mysteriously showed up a week latter, I was able to pay them what I owed.

No problems so far, and I've been able to obtain some things that would otherwise have been unobtainable, including some specially produced products. Shipping can vary dramatically, for no obvious reason, but if it's prohibitive one doesn't need to buy. ;-)

Coming from the perspective of an audio enthusiast, Drop formally known as Massdrop, has been an unequaled experience that no other has provided. It has offered the ability to acquire hi-fidelity home audio that otherwise would have been out of my price range. Additionally there is a community of like minded enthusiast who banter in the forums and product pages providing insight and advice that I use to make buying decisions or new ideas. Occasionally even the manufactures chime in on these conversations. Another distinct Drop/Massdrop characteristic has been their collaboration with the manufacturers in the design of these products. Unique for Drop/Massdrop these design modifications are usually an improvement of the design either sonically or in the manufacturing that has allowed for lower cost. Occasionally they have collaborated with well known and respected manufacturers in brand new "bang for buck" products exclusively for Drop/Massdrop. Speaking for myself, it has been an excellent experience.
