Keycaps went on sale after purchase less than a month after purchase and Drop quickly (like within 15 minutes after sending a ticket) refunded the difference! Shout out to Crystal for the help.

I had a dead PCB on my keyboard and it wasn't in stock anymore. Haley the representative from Drop had helped me receive a refund due to the fact that the item wasn't available anymore. She helped me so quickly and spoke with me throughout the whole process! I really appreciate all the help and how her response was so quick.
