I bought the PC38x last year from Drop and the microphone broke this year. Drop emailed me a return shipping slip and ensured my replacement headset was marked as a warranty replacement so it had no issues coming across the border to Canada. All in all the process was smooth and I appreciated the quick and effective response from their customer service.

I had a bad LED in my Drop CTRL- High Profile keyboard and have been chatting with Drop's customer support trying to get a part number to see if I will be able to replace it on my own since the keyboard is out of warranty. Crystal from Community Support has gone above and beyond my expectations in finding me the support to get this part fixed (I even offered to ship it back and pay for the repairs).

I definitely recommend drop to you guys, first of all, the site often has discount activities, a full range of goods must have keyboard enthusiasts need, and secondly, their customer service is impressive, due to some logistics problems my order was sent back to the United States from Europe, and Joseph directly gave me the option to refund and resend, and the response was very fast, so I highly recommend drop to you guys!

In April 2022 I purchased HiFiMan 5xx headphones from Drop. I liked them a lot. The one problem I had was that the left channel would drop out from time to time. I thought the problem was a cable so I ordered a new one. Turns out I was wrong. So I contacted Drop to explain the problem. Their response was kind, helpful and rapid, solving the problem - they are sending me a new 5xx unit. Very happy with the customer service, 100% well done. Highly recommended.
