I purchased a keyboard, switches, and key caps from Drop a couple months ago. I purchased the DROP + OLKB PREONIC KEYBOARD MX KIT V3. Kit was great! Unfortunately, the PCBA was defective and stopped working after 20 minutes. I joined the Drop discord and was told that this specific PCBA was faulty and a known issue. I emailed Drop support for help. They were AMAZING they troubleshooted the issue and exchanged the keyboard kit! The best part is that I sent in the keyboard with switches and caps attached. They are very thorough about not doing this in the email they sent. I was going through some life stuff and did not read all the info. Joseph from the support team was understanding and even sent me some replacements for those too! Again, I couldn’t believe it! Drop has a forever customer here. Thank you so much Drop and a special shoutout for Joseph!

I’ve spent quite a bit on keyboards and accessories this past year, but I only had to contact Drop twice in that timeframe. Neither “issue” was their fault, but they responded so quickly and took care of everything. This most recent contact was about cancelling a delayed item as it overshot the estimate by about two months (with a delivery that would come after my birthday), and they responded immediately. ON A WEEKEND! That’s amazing.

Katlyn with Drop Community Support was great at helping out! Not only was I able to get my request processed. She even took the time to double check with the warehouse team when she realized she did not have the options to help me out initially. Kudos to her for using her resources to their full advantage!

I purchased two Panda Boom mics and one was defective upon arrival. Within a week, customer service had shipped out a replacement unit no questions asked. They didn't even ask for the broken mic to be sent back.
