I ordered a headset from drop a few months back, and the microphone recently broke. I contacted customer support to see if there was anything they could do, and Matthew immediately responded with an rma to return the headset. As soon as I shipped it back, my new headset was on the way. I’m just very impressed with how efficient and helpful their support was, they’ve earned my trust. I’ll definitely buy from Drop in the future.

The headset and Mousepad i purchased were very cool but a defect in my mousepad. Drop did not hesitate to send me a second which I was able to gift to my brother. I’m too happy about the 6XX headphones. Game changer

Wow! I'm so impressed with customer service. I ordered a $65 keycap for Christmas, the box came in but the keycap was missing. I sent in an email with pictures Friday night, the next morning Matthew replied and had a new one sent to me. I'm so thankful they were able to resolve the issue.

Just bought their PCx38 headphones and love them. Also, shipping was quick and efficient. Bought them on sale, and the price dropped even more a couple days later and they refunded the difference. Would buy from them again!

Liz took care of my recent delivery issue. I recently had a pair of headphones not make it to my house and she helped me get a replacement pair sent out. Knowing that the staff will do whatever they’re able and allowed to do to satisfy their customers makes me want come back with more business. Thank you, Liz and Drop!

I bought two v3 mystery boxes and both of them had the exact same items... I was upset and reached out to customer support with a photo as proof, and they got back to me within 2 days, apologized, and sent me a third box within 2 days of the response. I've been buying from this company for years and this was the only time I was truly upset about a purchase. And I will continue to buy from them moving forward.

I purchased a set of headphones; was disappointed in the sound they produced. I contacted Drop about returning them late in the evening. The following morning I received an email detailing the return process as well as a pre printed RMA shipping label. Since I still had the box and packing the headphones arrived in I was able to repackage them and dropped them off at a nearby UPS store for return. The entire process could not have been smoother or easier. Everyone I communicated with at Drop was very courteous and helpful.
