The site malfunctioned & didbt place the order. Brought it to the attention of the staff, but staff couldn't manually enter the order. So I lost out on the purchase Thank you for your reply. I requested another drop of tge item as suggested by the representative, & it was offered again, so ultimately I was able to get the item I wanted.

AMAZING customer support. I have not yet received any products from Drop (That's why I haven't rated them 5 stars yet). Although my experience with their customer support always exceeds my expectations! They usually respond within a few hours of me filing an issue and always try to help in the best of their ability.

Bought EPOS PC38X, had issues with headband and plastic twice, got replacement from Drop and second time it happened, a full refund. I do recommend Drop, no doubt, just not PC38X headphones.

I bought the dt-770 and it just wasn't what I was looking for, although they were good quality, so I returned them and the customer service throughout the whole experience was quick and helpful. Give Drop a try.

Was told that part or my shipment was lost in transit, while I have my doubts they even shipped the package to begin with support was quick to reply and offer a refund/replacement. Never a bad experience with products offered either.

Orders I have made arrived in expected fashion. Provided that Drop is somewhat of a community driven store, I do find it somewhat lacking on that front.

Over all a great company with great deals. They are undergoing some changes in the company business plan, I’m waiting to see how it works out. Hopefully these changes are needed and well received other wise they are pointless. Keep offering quality items at great prices and it will not matter what you call the company it will thrive.
